Making the armor and damage loss tier is a bad idea, I think. You never want a reason for players to not level an ability- it ruins the concept of leveling abilities to make them BETTER, nor worse.

Well...I suggest you get on that...because people are lovin the idea who I have talked to about the concept of morale in a map (as well as a city terrain).
It's something new amongst the 30 some aoses out there. You have to strive above the curve to be a map that the people love.

for the lvl 1...which I will change to that later as I like it. I will just make the armor and damage loss tier with it for balance.
The problem I have with a howl with speed boost (part of the reason I removed old ult) is because in combination with take down that will be ungodly. As a general rule for all heroes they should never have more than one speed/attack/strenght/etc. boost of any kind more than once for balance. I have learned that through trial and error, as well as help with VZ.

EVerything seems good but skill 3+1. How about a howl, which gives narby allies bonus movespeed and attack speed.
Heres an idea for 1: Eye of the Wolf: Activate to gain 9/13/17/21/25% bonus attack and movement speed, but lose 12 armor and 15 damage. Basically the opposite of yours, +speed at the cost of strength, ideal for chasing.

You guys, I havent even totally confirmed that Morale will be in the map. I am only one maker of the map, this is the forum where I get MY ideas for the map, which I spread to PurplePoot and Frosty_The_Wolf. I'll talk to them about morale as soon as I can.
If at first you don't succeed, you fail. Speedy thing goes in, speedy thing comes out. Congratulations on completing the final test where we pretended we were going to murder you. You're not even a full time employee!

Changed again. Any more comments?
Also, I want to have him as a front line specialist, meaning durability with a fine mix of killing. I also want him to be centered about the wolf pack, hence I fear for his synergy of skills and that some are too strong.

The problem is all of the damage and strength boosters. Also what is his role? A dueler ,(Hero Killer) ,Front Line (Creep killer) ,Tank ? Also...maybe use some morale stuff...
Additionally, you named him the divine barbarian and personally I feel as if their is nothing in his skills to show that.
However, I do like the innate with some nerfing and the Mountainous Strength with some nerfing.
