Time for another hero suggestions thread. This time: Emissary. Im pretty sure most of you know his spells, and right now the only thing I plan to do is change his ulti into the Holy Spiral spell I made awhile ago.

Well, I haven't seen the working skills with cooldown and mana costs, so I don't really know how I could suggest anything to balance any heroes.

This isnt meant really for balance, more like if you dislike any of his abilities/his history, etc. and want to suggest a new ability, suggest it here.
